Martha is a seasoned communications, marketing and public relations/public affairs professional with more than 25 years of experience directing and creating messaging campaigns to meet organizations’ goals. Her experience spans telecommunications, transportation construction, finance and investment, and the arts. In addition to agency experience, she has 18 years of management experience as an association executive and magazine editor. Prior to joining GBI, she worked for a trade association in Maryland and has extensive experience in the support of sustainability and an environmental product declaration programs. A recent professional achievement includes winning a national award for a telecommunications multi-media public affairs campaign.
Martha holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Maryland.
