Jenna Middaugh

Jenna supports GBI operations and enhances customer experiences through systems development, database administration, project management, and process improvement.

Jenna brings to GBI 15 years of customer service, six years of management, and seven years of operations experience in education, retail, banking, nonprofit, and healthcare verticals. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and has worked and studied in France, Spain, and the U.S.
