Dianne enhances customer experiences by providing personalized support in all interactions, from general inquiries to managing the assessment and certification process. She supports GBI operations through the development and delivery of all personnel certification training, as well as through the support of product development and process improvement.
Dianne brings a strong customer service background from the telecommunications industry with experience in management and operations of both large and small teams. She graduated with high honors from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
