Here at the Green Building Initiative, we focus on providing excellent and comprehensive customer support for our Green Globes, Guiding Principles Compliance, and Personnel Certification programs. It's our mission to accelerate the adoption of green building practices within the U.S., and we do this by making the process easy. The opportunity for customers to pick up the phone and talk to a live person at the GBI about their sustainability project sets us apart in the green building industry as a business-friendly LEED alternative.

Our goal is to remove the guesswork from green building guidance and certification so you can dive right into making your building healthier, more energy-efficient, and environmentally sustainable.

  • Scheduling your third-party assessment
  • Using the Green Globes and Guiding Principles Compliance tools

We also provide a limited amount of technical support to customers going through the Green Globes and Guiding Principles Compliance assessment programs.
