The Utah Green Building Initiative is a member-driven, volunteer organization. To participate, please review and complete the enrollment form found below and mail it to P.O. Box 980850, Park City, UT 84098 or fax it to 435-645-9356. Upon becoming a member we will provide you with additional documents and information to register your green homes for green building certification.
