Green Building Programs
Overview
The Green Building Initiative (GBI) offers a choice of streamlined and cost-effective programs to environmentally certify a wide range of building types. We also offer Personnel Certification Programs for individuals who wish to become authorized to support the assessment and certification process as third-party assessors.
One size does not fit all. If you are responsible for commercial buildings, Green Globes® is a guidance and assessment program used as a practical alternative to LEED. For healthcare facilities, you can choose our Green Globes for Healthcare program.
If you are responsible for Federal government buildings, our Guiding Principles Compliance program provides the easiest way to meet the requirements of Executive Order #13514. Combine this with Green Globes to achieve even higher levels of operational cost savings and sustainability.
