The Bristol-Myers Squibb research and development facility in Wallingford, CT recently became the first building to achieve a rating with the Green Globes module for Continual Improvement of Existing Buildings. More In the context of green building rating systems such as Green Globes, steel is often used to help achieve points related to recycled content. But, according to the Steel Recycling Institute, it can also contribute in other ways, both directly and indirectly. More |
