Workshops Focus on How to Use the Green Globes System to
Improve Environmental Design and Performance

Green Globes training will be provided as part of three workshops on December 5, 2006. Sessions will focus on different aspects of the system, including the modules for New Construction and Continual Improvement (existing buildings) and the online assessment process.

In addition to the workshops, GBI executive director Ward Hubbell will host a keynote panel discussion on December 6 prior to the opening of the exhibit hall.

“Ecobuild Federal offers an inclusive, non-biased exploration of the issues surrounding the design and maintenance of sustainable, energy-efficient, healthier and better performing buildings,” said Hubbell. “It’s an annual meeting place for many of our associate members, and it provides an excellent opportunity to educate the industry about the tools we promote—including Green Globes as well as the National Association of Home Builders’ Model Green Home Building Guidelines.”
