If you purchase the survey by credit card, the survey will be immediately available for download. Federal Agencies that purchase the survey with a company check and elect to issue a purchase order will have access to the survey within three business days of receipt of the authorized purchase order. For all other payment purchase options, the GBI will grant access to the survey within three business days of receipt of payment.

Log in to your account and from the Account Home Page under My GBI Tools select "Download Guiding Principles Survey."

Yes. A survey must be purchased for each building being assessed for Guiding Principles Compliance. Once purchased, the survey is valid for building assessments performed within one year. If a third-party assessment is not conducted within one year of survey purchase for a particular building, the client must purchase and complete an additional survey before a site assessment is scheduled.

In general, within one to three business days of receipt of a completed Guiding Principles Compliance Survey, GBI will upload the self-evaluation report or contact you for additional clarification.
