The Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock has officially broken ground on its first GREEN BUILT® model home. The lot is located in the Woodlands Edge development in West Little Rock—which was named the 2009 Green Development of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and earned the nation's first four-star Green Certified Neighborhood Rating.
