The National Green Building Standard™ for residential construction has been approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and is available through the NAHB. Philadelphia's Drexel University has become the first university in the country to commit to using Green Globes for all new and existing campus buildings.

GBI now has Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the American Institute of Architects and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers. In the context of green building rating systems such as Green Globes and NAHB Green, DAP adhesives and sealants play a role by helping to achieve points in the categories for indoor air quality and energy efficiency. |
